About Us

There are moments in life no one should face alone.

When a loved one passes, families suddenly find themselves overwhelmed — not only by grief, but by an endless list of practical responsibilities. One of the most difficult is knowing what to do with the home or property left behind.

This project was born from personal experience.

After walking alongside our own families through several unexpected losses over the course of a few years, we witnessed firsthand how much families struggle during this time — not just emotionally, but practically. We've seen how the weight of unsettled estates, unclaimed properties, and unresolved paperwork falls heavily on the people least equipped to carry it. We've also seen how families take on unnecessary debt as homes left vacant are slowly lost to time, disuse, and property tax obligations that no one addressed in time.

Puerto Rico faces a quiet but serious housing crisis rooted in exactly this — properties that go unsettled, generation after generation, until they are lost entirely. It is a problem that touches families across the island and throughout the diaspora, and it is one that can be prevented with the right guidance and support at the right moment.

That is why we created this project.

We are here to walk alongside families from the moment they face that first difficult question — what do we do with the home? — all the way through to the final resolution, whether that means clearing and preparing the property, coordinating with legal and real estate professionals, or supporting the transfer or sale of the estate.

Your personal coordinator and our network of trusted collaborating professionals are committed to one goal: helping your family — and Puerto Rico — move forward in a direction that is dignified, organized, and financially sound.

Every home holds a story, and every family deserves to close that final chapter with the care and respect they deserve.
